The Centennial Broncos defeated the Sutton Fillies in the Bunny Bracket of the Southern Nebraska Conference Tournament last night, but they were no match for the Heartland Huskies as the Huskies defeated them 25-7, 25-10.
The first set was all Huskie volleyball. Â Junior, MaKaelyn Dick took over the set with her dominating middle blocks; not to mention her seven big kills on the night.
The second set was no different as this set was led with big blocks by Junior, Ashton Kroeker.
The team is really pulling together and picking up their play at the right time of the season. Â They seem to be meshing better and better with every game. This makes for exciting volleyball to watch. Â Best of luck to the Huskies for the remainder of the SNC Tournament and the season.
