During the month of May the VFW Bradshaw Post 1450 and its auxiliary will be distributing Buddy Poppies for a donation.  Donation boxes will be distributed at  Bradshaw businesses.

Volunteer Needed: Bonnie Wilson has once again volunteered to tend the mini park next to the post office and the few flower barrels on Main Street.  She would be happy to have some help.  If you are interested, call her at 402-736-4380.  Everyone appreciates the attractive blooms and colors during summer and fall months.

Help Wanted: Harriett Cole has resigned her post after 12 years as the community center housekeeper.  It has been to her credit that all who rent the community center find the premises neat and clean.  The village board is looking for someone to carry on this fine tradition.  Hours vary with summer months having more bookings, most often on weekend dates.  Pay is competitive.  Please contact Jim Gordan (402-366-0701) or the village office (402-736-4634) for more information.

Reminder that the Alumni Banquet usually held Memorial Weekend will be during Bradshaw Days, July 22-24.

The Recycling trailer is located south of the school building.  Cardboard, newspaper, plastic and cans can be left there for recycling.
