The boys of the Heartland Golf Team shot their lowest score of the season with a score of 348 at the Milford Invite on Tuesday at Thornridge Golf Course. Â This score placed them 5th as a team against the fierce competition at this meet.
Individual scoring for the team was as follows: Jesse Nissen – 78 and placed 3rd. Â Spencer Friesen – 85 which was his best meet score so far this year. Luis Romo – 88; also his best meet score this season. Luke Fochtman – 97 and Aaron Jensen – 116.
The day held slightly windy, but pleasant weather and the course was beautiful. Â The team came out and played well to finish with a successful day.
