The Heartland Huskie girls and boy's basketball teams played in the consolation round of the Southern Nebraska Conference Basketball Tournament on Saturday at Centennial. The girls lost to Sandy Creek 37-53, and the boys won a close one against David City, winning 37-35.

The Heartland girls' and boys' basketball teams hosted the first round of the SNC tournament on Monday, January 29.

The girls' and boys' Heartland basketball teams hosted Exeter-Milligan/Friend on Thursday, January 25, but both were defeated.

Heartland Girls and Boys Basketball teams will host their opening round of Southern Nebraska Conference action on Monday, January 29. The girls will play Fillmore-Central at 5:30 p.m., and the boys will play Fairbury at 7 p.m.

After a long break, the girls' and boys' teams played against the Fullerton Warriors at home on Friday, January 5, and came out with wins.
