Henderson Health Care Services Press Release

HENDERSON, Neb. – It is with a mix of emotions that Henderson Health Care announces the discontinuation of our assisted living services at Rosewood Court. Over the years, our commitment to providing exceptional care and fostering a warm community has been at the forefront of our mission. It is with heavy hearts that we share this news, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for the trust and support of our residents, their families, and the communities we serve.

The decision to discontinue these services was not made lightly, and it comes after careful consideration and evaluation of various factors. Statistics show that with ever-growing in-home support services, many seniors are choosing to age in place. From in-home healthcare and community support programs, the need for assisted living services is decreasing in our communities, and our occupancy levels reflect this.

Over the past 25 years, Rosewood Court has been more than just a place where care is provided – it has been a home filled with love, compassion, and shared experiences. Our staff has been dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where residents can thrive and enjoy their golden years.

As we move forward, we remain committed to our mission of enhancing the well-being of individuals in the communities we serve. Henderson Health Care places a strong emphasis on growth, stability, and responsiveness to the needs of our communities. We prioritize these key elements, positioning our healthcare organization to continue to make a positive impact in the region.

At this time, Henderson Health Care anticipates discontinuing assisted living services near June 30, 2024. The Henderson Health Care Board of Directors and Administration will begin strategizing opportunities to repurpose that space in the upcoming months.
