Come out to Heritage Park on Sunday, July 27th, for some tasty wood-fired pizzas baked in their outdoor Russian oven!
There’s nothing like pizza baked on a wood-fired stove! But even better is pizza baked in the Heritage Park’s Russian outdoor oven. You won’t want to miss this event at the Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park on Sunday, July 27, from 5:30 – 7:30 P.M.
Fresh-baked individual pizzas will be served piping hot from the park’s outdoor Russian oven, with eight pizzas available every eight minutes. Root beer floats and water will be available to go with the pizza.
While you enjoy these wood-fired pizzas, live music by Jackson Wayne and his band will provide plenty of entertainment.

Picnic tables are provided for seating, but guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs to relax and enjoy the evening’s entertainment. A free-will offering will be accepted for the pizza and root beer floats.
The Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park is located 1 1/2 miles south of Henderson I-80 exit #342; for more information, call 402-723-4550 or 402-723-4252. In case of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, August 3, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
