Here is a recipe for Homemade Drop Biscuits that could be used as a side to a dish or in a recipe with a cream sauce over them. Â They are simple to make, but the result is very delicious!
Homemade Drop Biscuits
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of cold butter
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Â Cut up butter into small pieces and combine (by hand) the flour, butter, salt, and baking powder until small clumps form. Â Add the milk and stir mix just until it is well moistened.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
