Reshaping It All by Candace Cameron Bure

I was introduced to Reshaping It All by hearing about it on one of my favorite fitness blogs. The book is a combination of a biography of Candace Cameron Bure (also known as “DJ” from the television show Full House) and also a book about “motivation for physical and spiritual fitness.”
Since I grew up watching “DJ” on Full House, I found it very interesting to learn more about her life. Candace invites the reader into hearing her life story while hoping it will serve as an inspiration to others. She openly shares about growing up as a child actress, dealing with food issues, and the journey of faith God has led her on. Currently, she continues to act in television shows while being married to a retired world-famous hockey player and raise three children.
While her life may be extremely busy, Candace shares how she has learned to balance her priorities and work to put her faith first. Physical health and freedom that can be found in a healthy view of food and exercise are a dominant message throughout the book. This book was an easy read, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in knowing more about Candace’s life or looking for healthy living encouragement.
