Pavel Kislyak, owner of the commercial property north of Subway at the Henderson I-80 exit, was arrested Thursday afternoon around 2pm.

The arrest was subsequent to actions Kislyak engaged in Wednesday afternoon into early Thursday morning. Â Wednesday afternoon, the suspect was seen tearing through the Subway parking lot, nearly hitting a few of the restaurant’s customers. He proceeded to yell threats at the Sun Motel owner. He then barricaded himself back into his property for the time being.

He reappeared sometime around 3am Thursday morning and broke the window of the front door to Subway and was running around the area nude.

Police responded to the scene later Thursday afternoon at 2pm after receiving a warrant for Kislyak’s arrest for the crimes committed. Responders surrounded the building waited until they get the facts and took necessary precautions before making the arrest. Enforcement involved were the Nebraska State Patrol, York County Sheriff, and the Henderson Police Department.

Henderson’s Chief of Police, Milan Mierau said, It didn’t take very long to get him out of the building once everyone was in place. Â We did have to break down the door to get in and arrest him.

Kislyak was taken to the York County jail.

Update: A bond hearing is currently pending. Kislyak, who may seek professionals such as Brisbane criminal lawyers, is being convicted of the following: assault, obstruction, failure to obey a lawful order, criminal trespassing, malicious mischief, and possession of a stolen vehicle and forgery.
